We reserve the right to change or modify the TOS (Terms
Of Service) at any time without notice.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your services through us at any time, for any reason.
If you choose to cancel, we will not refund any money paid for our services.
Hosting:
We host your website through a hosting company and handle all technical
details so you don't have to. You will not have access to modify, change, or view
your hosted files except by viewing the actual website. In the event you no longer
use our services, we will happily send you all associated files for your website
if you'd like.
E-Mail:
You can have up to 100 e-mail addresses. (youremail@yourdomain.suffix)
We create any e-mail addresses you need even if there is no link on your site that
uses it. We will not spam any e-mail address you give us and will never sell or
give your e-mail address to a third party. We do reserve the right to contact you,
the client, in the event that a question or problem should arise.
Domain Registration:
We reserve domain names through a very popular domain registration
service www.hostway.com. Our fees for domain
registration are about $2 higher simply because we save you the trouble of doing
it, if needed.
Offensive Material:
We will not host material that we consider illegal, threatening to
others, racist, or X rated. We will consider hosting pornographic material only
if the material is in good taste, legal, and require a log on screen to view the
material. Any offensive material submitted on an existing site will be denied.
Fees:
You, the customer, are required to pay any fees on time. Failure to
do so may result in cancellation of service. No service is provided to any customer
until after fees clear through our PayPal account.
We reserve the right to cancel service with any customer at any time. In the event
we take this action, all hosting fees for that month will be refunded and we will
attempt to contact you in that event, so you are notified. We reserve the right
to cancel service without explanation.
In the event you no longer use our services, we will happily transfer domain name(s)
you registered though us and send you all files associated with your website that
we create(d).
