We offer 4 different types of technical support:
All the following include a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied
for any reason, you must notify us prior to 30 days after the purchase of technical
support and your fee for that month will be refunded. We do not refund previous
months paid.
- Free technical support for all our software. If we no longer support the program
you use, we will give you a free upgrade for that software that we do support.
- Basic technical support which includes support for all standard Windows® software,
setting up email, virus/spyware removal help and prevention, and help for many other
problems via email replies.
- Advanced technical support includes all the support listed in #2 via phone (Eastern
Standard Time 12:00n to 8:00p every day, even on holidays) And yes, I'm a US born
citizen and you should have no problem understanding me if you are also from the
US.
- Professional technical support is specifically for software developers (Visual Basic
2005 Express only). We give technical support via email. We require up to 2 days
for a solution to your problem/question.
